李泽厚，湖南长沙人，北京大学哲学系一九五四年毕业。中国社会科学院研究员、教授。一九八八年当选国巴黎国际哲学院院士，一九九八年获美国科罗拉多学院人文学荣誉博士学位。著有《批判哲学的批判——康德述评》、《我的哲学提纲》、《中国〈古代、近代、现代〉思想史论》、《美学论集》、《美的历程》、《华夏美学》、《美学四讲》、《走我自己的路》、《世纪新梦》、《论语今读》、《已卯五说》等书。
